Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)


FBLA promotes business leadership, encourages academic scholarship, promotes sound financial management, and helps develop character and self-confidence.  FBLA members have an opportunity every month to participate in a meaningful service project, along with social activities.  The students can compete in business-related academic competitions starting at the district level. Everyone is welcome!





How to Join

Contact a business teacher to fill out a membership form and pay $20.00 dues or pay $25.00 for dues and a FBLA T-Shirt. There will be an opportunity at the beginning of each school year to join by participating in a fund-raiser.

a. Students participating in Skills Events (Computer Applications, Word Processing) need to be at WHHS on Thursday, February 25 at 3pm for skills portion of the test. **you must participate in this portion of testing in order to continue to Orlando**
b. Go to http://fbla.testfrenzy.com/index.php for practice test: search YouTube for performance events; search online for other study resources
c. State Competitors can find sponsorship’s to raise money for the State Competition & Parent Meeting will be held for State Competitor Students

  • District Conference – December
  • State Conference – March 23-26; Permission Forms must be signed
  • National Conference – June 29 – July, 2 in Anaheim, CA


5. March for Babies – Saturday April 29, 2017 8am in Lakeland, FL
